Welcome to Apollo Aviation Services. By accessing or using our website (apolloaviationservices.ca), requesting a quote, or booking air charter services through us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.
1. Our Role as a Broker
Apollo Aviation Services operates as an air charter brokerage based in British Columbia, Canada. We do not own or operate aircraft. All flights booked through Apollo Aviation Services are conducted by licensed third-party air carriers, who are fully responsible for flight operations, aircraft maintenance, crew, safety, and regulatory compliance.
2. Booking and Payment
Quotes provided by Apollo Aviation Services are valid for 14 calendar days, unless otherwise stated.
Bookings are not confirmed until full payment has been received and accepted.
Aircraft availability and approval by the operating carrier are required before confirmation.
3. Additional Charges
The Client agrees to pay any additional charges that may arise after the initial booking, including but not limited to:
De-icing
Ground handling surcharges
Holding time or delays
Hangarage
After-hours services
Passenger additions
Rerouting or diversions
Customs or government fees
Fuel surcharges (if market prices rise substantially)
Any such charges will be invoiced after completion of the flight, or as needed prior to departure.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations are subject to the terms of the aircraft operator, which will be provided during booking.
Additionally, Apollo Aviation Services applies a 5% service fee for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the operator’s cancellation policy, minus any applicable service fees.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate passenger information
Ensure all passengers possess valid identification and any necessary travel documentation
Comply with all operator safety and conduct requirements
Accept that the operator may deny boarding for reasons including intoxication, health concerns, disruptive behavior, or safety risks
The Client represents and warrants that they are authorized to act on behalf of all passengers included in the booking.
6. Limitation of Liability
Apollo Aviation Services is not liable for:
Delays, cancellations, or changes made by the aircraft operator
Any injury, loss, delay, or inconvenience resulting from circumstances outside Apollo’s control
The Client expressly waives any claims against Apollo Aviation Services for such occurrences.
7. Insurance
Apollo Aviation Services does not provide passenger, travel, or cargo insurance. Clients are advised to secure their own coverage. Apollo is not liable for disruptions due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Labor strikes
Air traffic control restrictions
Pandemics or epidemics
Government actions
8. Privacy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including rights under PIPEDA, GDPR (EU residents), and CCPA (California residents).
9. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.
10. Confidentiality
All communications, pricing details, and commercially sensitive information shared between Apollo Aviation Services and the Client will remain confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.
11. Digital Acceptance
By using this website, requesting a quote, submitting payment, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
